We are able to offer you information on Travel Insurance under an exclusive arrangement with ETI International Travel Protection – The UK Branch of Europäische Reiseversicherung A.G. Munich, Germany.

3. Which service will we provide you with?
We are not able to give you advice or make any recommendation to you about ETI Travel Protection.

4. Who regulates us?
ETI International Travel Protection (ETI) is the UK branch of Europäische Reiseversicherung A.G Munich, Germany. A member of the ERGO group.

ETI’s Companies Registration Number is: FC25660

Their permitted business includes arranging general insurance products.

5. Who will handle claims?
If you need to make a claim please obtain a claim form by accessing the following website www.travel-insurance.com and use the prompt for claims forms.

6. What to do if you have a complaint
We hope that you will be very happy with the services we provide. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with this, we would like to hear from you. Making a complaint will not prejudice your right to take legal proceedings.

If you have a complaint, please write to the following:

Please provide your policy number or claim number in any correspondence.
If the complaint is still not resolved, you can approach The Financial Ombudsman Service. Referral to the Financial Ombudsman will not affect your right to take legal action.

We are a member of the Financial Ombudsman Service. If you have complained to us and we have been unable to resolve your complaint, you may then be entitled to refer if to this independent body.

7. Compensation
ETI International Travel Protection is a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). If we were unable to meet our obligations you may be entitled to compensation from the scheme, depending on the type of insurance and circumstances of any claim.
Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, there is no upper limit. Further information about compensation schemes arrangements is available from the FSCS.

8. Privacy
ETI Travel Protection is committed to protecting your privacy. As a result we take security very seriously to protect both you and us. The details that we collect from you are collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and are used for the creation and operation of your insurance policy.
