I haven't received my Policy Documents, as advised, by email within 2 working days. What should I do?

ETI International Travel Insurance issues most policy documentation as attachments via email within 2 working days on behalf of our Provider's.
Due to the high level of Anti Virus Software and Spam Filters there may be occasions when this e-mail does not reach you. Please check your Junk mail folder first.
If you still have not received your documents, please contact us via email with the following information: eti
travel-insurance [dot] com
1) The full name and title of the person who made the application – the “proposer”.
2) The date the application was made.
3) Which Provider you made the application with.
4) Your postcode
Upon receipt of all the above details ETI Travel Protection will then arrange for a hard copy of your policy documentation to be sent to you via first class post
